This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my order is returned because of an address problem?

I ship to the address you provide when you place the order and I am not liable if that address is incorrect and your package is not delivered because of it. If this happens and the package is returned to me by USPS, I will contact you to get the correct address.

I will re-ship the merchandise to the correct address, however there will be an additional charge for shipping the order out a second time.

Do you accept cancellations?

I accept cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. If your order has not shipped, I will refund both the cost of the merchandise and shipping.

If you don't want the order and it has been shipped, you will need to wait until the order arrives and then return it at your expense. Once I receive your return, I will refund the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping is not refunded in this case.

Do you accept returns?

If you don't want an order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the order. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging. If items are not returned in their original condition and packaging, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover this.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the order back to me. Once I receive your return, I will refund the cost of the merchandise only (less any deductions). Shipping is not refunded in this case.

How do you ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS to the address on the order unless UPS or FedEx are requested in advance. If orders are returned in the mail, there will be an additional charge for shipping the order out a second time.
